Born November 7, 1973, Joe lived a full and vibrant life defined by an unwavering love for his family.While Joe was admittedly stubborn and a bit of a smart ass, there was always a reason behind his stubbornness. He was truly the best Dad anyone on this Earth could ask for—one of a kind in every way. A wonderful and loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. Joe absolutely cherished the ground his wife of 33 years, Tonya, walked on.Joe’s reach was boundless, and he touched many lives. He would help anyone in need, using his overwhelming positive energy to bring out the best in everyone he met.He was predeceased by his mother, Meribeth Katharine Donovan Stamp. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Tonya Stamp, and his three wonderful, hardworking children whom he taught with his heart, knowledge, and resolve: Samantha Schram (Thomas), Carl Stamp (Tara), and Helen Stamp (Angel Rodriguez Ramos).He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: Jeremy, AJ, Aliya, Michael, Aiden, Jacob, and Ollie; his siblings, Tammy Caswell, Ed Stamp, Jackie Scarpa, Brad Brethour, and Robert Taylor; as well as many nieces and nephews.
