Joe was a good neighbor and a great friend. He had a quick sense of humor and was always there when we needed him. We will miss him dearly.

Joe was a good friend to everyone. I looked forward to our fishing trips to Lake Dora and Griffin. Joe was always the best at catching crappie. He was always the guy you could count on when you needed help in the community as well. I will miss him. Dave Rousseau
