I was very honored to be a part of the Gionet family. Joe was a wonderful man, grandfather and father-in-law. The plaque he made for David Jr.'s memorial sight will be honored and cherished. I met Joe early on in my relationship with his Brother, Lucien. He was a cool dude even then. I know that Lucien admired him for his vast knowledge of everything. I remember the visits in New Hampshire. We knew Joseph Gionet through his son, our friend, Cliff. Cliff spoke of his father almost in awe. He was a man of many talents and was obviously loved and respected. In the end that is all there is. How timely that he would die during Holy Week, he's certainly now celebrating in heaven with the "Rising Lord".
