In your affliction may the knowledge that so many friends share your sorrow be of some dolace to you.##imported-begin##Peter Rodriguez##imported-end##
I was most saddened to hear of the too early death of Joe Busco. We beame acquainted when his company, Citrus Central, bought the Orlando composite can plant of the company for whom I worked, Owens-Illinois, Inc. We came from different corporate cultures, and different responsibilities (manufacturing for Joe, and engineering and sales for me), but we overcame those differences to become good friends. I had frequent occasion to bring overseas can-makers to the Orlando plant, and Joe always looked forward to those visits. He particularly enjoyed comparing our recent developments in the metal can business with the approach the visitors were using in their work. Our most frequent visitors were our Japanese customers. Joe never was able to eat dried seaweed with gusto, even if if it was one of the most important products that the Japanese used our easy-open can ends for, but the Japanese gave him high marks for at least trying. My condolences to all of Joe's family. The world hs lost a good man too soon.##imported-begin##John Morrison##imported-end##

Joe was a great person to know and work with. He was always pleasant and professional. It seem like just yesterday we were wishing him well with his retirement plans for family, fun and golf. My deepest sympathies to his family.##imported-begin##Sandy DiRenzo - Crown##imported-end##
Joe touched many lives at work and on the golf course. A mark of a good man is integrity and family. Joe was at the top of that list. A good friend who also had a sense of humor no matter what. I among many will miss him very much.##imported-begin##Brian Powell##imported-end##
I worked with Joe at Crown for many years, usually meeting him in Philadelphia for plant or budget reviews. I admired Joe for keeping a great perspective on life. At the end of a difficult day of reviews we always had a good laugh at dinner and a handshake. Joe knew he was going home to what really matters, his family and friends. Thanks for the lesson Joe.##imported-begin##Dave Rayzis##imported-end##
Having alongside Joe for quite a few years I was very saddened to hear of his passing. Joe was always a friend and a colleague who had a friendly word, advice or assistance as needed. He truly was a gentleman and will be sorely missed by all.##imported-begin##Mike Tierney##imported-end##
I had the pleasure of meeting Joe back in the early 90's. We traveled together on many occasions. Joe loved life, his family, and good conversation. My wife Diane and myself offer our prayers and condolences to all of Joe's family.##imported-begin##Ben Lewis##imported-end##
Joe and I share many of hours and days togather at work and at play, but he never had a bad word to say about any about anybody. I considered Joe as a coworker and a very close friend. It is hard for me to think that I will never be able to pick up the phone again and say hello or lets play a round of golf this afternoon or even ask if he and Lynne would like to go some place and have dinner togather. I'll miss his friendship forever.I love you Joe B. Mel##imported-begin##Mel Tschetter##imported-end##
