Ross was a wonderful mentor and was so generous in his advice and feedback. At work Ross was a skilled quality practitioner who had a great "nose" for identifying Issues. His great skill was working with people to identify and implement a solution. He would bring everyone on the journey ( sometimes kicking and screaming ... But you always followed!) Above all else Ross was a proud father, devoted husband, loving grandfather and canny Scotsman. I will remember Ross with great affection and respect.

Ross was always firm but with a rye Scottish glint he always brought out the best in people. Working with him at Campbell you could always see the dedication to the motto "Quality is a sacred trust"
