John William Barbaro, 83, of Leesburg FL, passed away on September 6, 2025, in Tavares, FL. He was born on May 1, 1942, in Bronx, NY, to his parents: Patsy and Matilda (Langert) Barbaro. John was in management with IBM computers and proudly served in the United States Navy. His favorite hobby was fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife: Ellen Barbaro; children: Patrick Barbaro, Sherri and (Jason) Miller, Gale Somers, Steven and (Sandy) Somers. 7 grandchildren, Christopher Berlt, Danielle Barbaro, Aidan Barbaro, Anthony Freda, Dominique Freda, Ashley Somers, Emily Somers and 2 great grandchildren, Winston Somers and Averie Foster. He was preceded in death by his parents: Patsy and Matilda Barbaro and sister: Rose Conley.
