Joanne "Jo" Ellen Hyde's Obituary
Joanne Ellen Hyde, affectionately known as “Jo,” passed away peacefully on Friday, April 10, 2026, in Tavares, Florida, at the age of 89.
Jo was born on October 30, 1936, in Batavia, New York, where she spent much of her early life. In 1998, she relocated to Florida, where she made a home and remained active in her community.
The family will be providing a full obituary soon.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Jo will be remembered for her warmth, her love of family, and the joy she found in both simple pleasures and close relationships. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
