My grandmother, Nana, was the only grandmother I ever knew. I always looked forward to seeing her throughout the year at birthdays, holidays and family events. She always dressed nice and carried a smile. She always used to tell me, "Joe, you have to slow down. Don't be in such a hurry. Just take it easy." That's hard for me to do, but when I am relaxing these days I think of Nana often.
I'm glad she was with us for Christmas...she always loved our Christmas Eve dinners and Christmas breakfasts with scrapple, bacon and eggs.
I never was able to buy her that Cadillac she always wanted. Maybe on the other side.
I miss you Nana.
I love you.
Joe
