Joanne L. Avery's Obituary
Joanne L. Avery of Mount Dora passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at the age of 61 years. She was born in Ellenville, New York. After high school, Joanne met Robert ‘Bob’ Avery. They moved to Florida together in 1977, living for a short time in Plymouth before relocating to Mount Dora. Joanne was an animal lover and was working at the College Park Animal Clinic. She has worked as a veterinary assistant for over 30 years. She was also a proud supporter of the PVA-Paralyzed Veteran’s of America.
Joanne is remembered and will be dearly missed by her husband, Bob; son, Robert Avery, Jr. of Wakulla, Florida; daughter and son-in-law; Chrissy and Paul Pumphrey of Belleview, Florida; several siblings and 4 grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, May 4 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm in the funeral home. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
