Joan C. Ross, age 81, of Tavares passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018. She was born September 10, 1936 in Live Oak, FL. She was a retired secretary with the City of Ft. Lauderdale. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 1:00PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares.
