Jim Charles McMahon SR.'s Obituary
Word has been received of the death of James C. McMahon Sr, of Leesburg, Fl., formerly of Naugatuck. Mr. McMahon leaves his wife Joan (Hotchkiss) McMahon of Fl., One son James C.Jr. of Valrico, Fl., five daughters, Mrs. Patrick (June) Nichols of Walpole, Ma., Mrs. Charles (Joan) Doback Jr. of Naugatuck, Mrs. Michael (Joyce) Botti, of Oxford, Mrs. Robert (Jill) Musco of Leesburg, Fl. and Mrs. Michael(Janis) Chiarenzelli of Ohio. Twelve grandchildren and three Great grandchildren. Mr. McMahon was born in New Haven, Ct., son of the late James J. and Grace (Varneau) McMahon. He was an Air Force Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict. He retired from Drake's Bakeries in 2000 where he was a route salesman. Donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc. in Mr. McMahon's memory.
