Jesse Lenora Kesler's Obituary
Jesse Lenora Kesler, age 95, of Leesburg, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2009. She was born in Piqua, OH and moved to Leesburg from Homestead in 1992. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Tavares. She was a member of the Criterion Club, she was the first Girl Scout Leader in Fairmount, IN continuing in scouts for more years, and she was a PTA president. She volunteered actively with her church family starting a Youth Sunday School Class for High School and College aged students in Indiana. She was very talented with her craft skills and exceptional in knitting. She would participate with the church craft bizarres. She is survived by her daughter, Judith R. Kneipple of Leesburg; grandchildren, Shawn Kneipple, Katherine Redfield; great grandchildren, Andrew Redfield, William Kneipple and Luis Sabibo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Edward Kesler; brother, William Henry Main and sister, Fay Eileen Lenard. The family will receive friends at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home on Monday, September 7, 2009 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM. A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Kesler will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 2:30PM at the funeral home.
