James Archer Watson's Obituary
James A. Watson, age 84, of Mt. Dora, FL passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Jim was a pharmacist for 60 years. He leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Aline Paul Watson; his children, Mary Melinda, Jamie (Carey), James A. II “Joe”, Michael (Robin); and grandson, Ryan. He was born in Homestead, FL to Floy and Loretta H. Watson. His grandfather, W.D. Horne was instrumental in establishing the town of Homestead. Jim was a University of Florida graduate, a member of Sigma Nu fraternity, and a staunch Gator fan! He was past president and state director of Homestead Jaycees, and past president of Lakewood Country Club, Rockville, MD. In addition to his family, he also leaves behind many friends.
