James Preston Macomber's Obituary
James Preston Macomber “Cukes”, age 70, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away September 15, 2019 at the Hospice of the Treasure Coast in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born September 9, 1949 in McGraw NY where he was raised with his three brothers. He moved to Florida in 1982 where he worked as a developer and builder. He loved the water and spent his free time boating, fishing and scuba diving.
He is survived by his children, Tim Macomber of Fort Pierce FL, Mitch Macomber of Hobe Sound, FL, Corrie (Derek) Oustad of Homer NY; step children: Christine (Scott) Hayden of Holliston, MA and Jeff Smith of Charlestown, IN; Grandchildren: Lauren Oustad, Audrey Oustad, Kallie Castetter, Alec Smith, Holly Smith, Luke Smith, Taylor Robinson, Taylor Hayden and Brendan Hayden
He was pre deceased by his parents Preston & Dorothy Macomber and his brother Marty Macomber.
A Grave side service, open to all will be held next month, October 19th, 12:00 PM at the McGraw Cemetery immediately followed by a celebration of his life at the McGraw Recreation Center from 1-5
