Irene W. Kreft's Obituary
Irene W. Kreft of Leesburg, FL passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the age of 76 years. She was born in Liverpool, England to William Wearing and Winifred Mary Williams, who preceded her in death. She met Joseph S. Kreft, who was stationed in England in the US Air Force and fell in love. They were married on February 13, 1960. In 1961, she moved to the Oklahoma City with Joe. Irene worked in retail as a clerk. Living in Indianapolis, they moved to Florida in 2004. Residents of Scottish Highlands in Leesburg, Irene often volunteered to help prepare meals for various events in the community. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her husband of 54 years, Joseph S. Kreft; sons, Carl Kreft of Allentown, PA and Mark Kreft and his wife, Susan of Heber Springs, Arkansas; sisters, Doreen (Alan) Bellamy of Liverpool, Vera (Billy) Fossard of Liverpool and Pauline (John) Harris of Cardiff, Wales.
