Mrs. Helene Patricia Marie 's Obituary
Helene Marie-January 14, 1951 - January 25, 2020
After battling cancer for 7 months, Helene Marie passed away peacefully in the early morning of January 25th. She was 69 years old.
She was predeceased by her mother, Helen Mooney and her father, William Mooney. She was widowed in 1994, when her husband, Bill Marie, passed away.
She is survived by her daughter, Danielle Marie, her brothers, Joe, Bill and Dan Mooney and her sister, Rose Felton.
Helene Marie was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida in the late 80's and to Grand Island in 1992. Helene's hobbies included reading mystery books, watching detective shows, doing crosswords, singing 60's/70's music and playing card and board games. She enjoyed Disney, especially Jiminy Cricket, the Cheshire Cat, and the Sorcerer's Apprentice. She loved animals of all kinds, but was especially fond of squirrels and beagles.
