Harvey Dean Reynolds' Obituary
Harvey Dean Reynolds, 83, of Tavares, FL passed away on Monday December 5, 2016. Harvey was born on March 19, 1933 in Stanford, KY to the late Dena and Ella Reynolds. Harvey graduated from the UK College of Commerce in 1958 and later enlisted with the United States Army. Harvey was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean war. After serving our grateful nation he worked as an Auditor Accountant for the state of KY. He later decided to stop being a snow bird and became a permanent resident of Florida in 2006. Harvey enjoyed ballroom dancing and ran a club in Eustis for eight years. He was a proud Master Mason with the Masonic Lodge, High Priest, Webb Commandery, Worthy Patron OES, Captain of the Guard Grand Chapter and Grand Scribe to the Grand Chapter. He was formerly an active member of Hanes Creek Baptist Church. Harvey was an honest man, and a hard worker. Harvey felt that The Lord sent Angels, friends and Family to care for him when he needed assistance the most. He is survived by his Daughter: Teresa Reynolds Vogt; Son: Michael Denny Reynolds; Brother: Farnum Doyle Reynolds; and Grandson: Andrew Jacob. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funerals and Cremations. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on the tribute wall.
