Harry Wayne High's Obituary
Harry Wayne High, age 68, of Tavares passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 17, 2021 of colon cancer. He was born on January 15, 1953 at Waterman Hospital in Eustis to Harry Elmer High and Betty Sue Beagles High. He spent most of his life as a welder and was greatly admired for the work he did. He was also a roofer in his younger years and was greatly loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his son, Harry J. High of Zellwood, FL; daughters, Karrie H. Roman of Paisley, FL, Theresa H. Evans of North Carolina, Kalean H. Bolz of Oregon, and Melody H. Claridge of Oklahoma; step-children, Matthew, Jason and Kayla Himes whom he helped raise and loved very much; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sister, Patricia H. Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry E. and Betty S. High of Mt. Dora, FL; brother, Donald C. High of Mt. Dora, FL; son, Jesse W. High of Paisley, FL; and wife, Pamela S.
