Harold Raymond Mowery's Obituary
Harold R. Mowery of Leesburg, Florida passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the age of 78 years. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Harold Sr. and Bernice (Van Tuyle) Mowery, who preceded him in death. Harold was a fire fighter for the City of Toledo for 27 years before he retired. He also served in the US Army Reserves. Harold and his wife, Sandra moved to Leesburg from Toledo in 1990. In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his two sisters, Kathryn Sanchez and Helen Phipps. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sandra; son, Scott Mowery and his wife, Tamara of Toledo; daughter, Pam Martin of Toledo; step-sons, Michael Bishop and his wife, Maria of Jacksonville, Florida and Sean Bishop of Ocala, Florida; brother, Jerry Mowery and his wife, Gwen of Pensacola, Florida; sister, Linda Sanderson and her husband, Gene of Lambertville, Michigan; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Honoring Harold’s wishes, there will not be any services. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
