Harold M. Whoolery's Obituary
Mr. Harold M. Whoolery of Tavares, Florida passed away on Monday, October 22nd, 2012 at the age of 86 years. He was born in Smithfield, Pennsylvania to George Palmer and Nellie Whoolery. Harold proudly served his country in the US Navy in World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita, 17 years ago. He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his brother, Gerald (Maxine) Whoolery of Beltsville, Maryland; sisters, Beverly Mabry of Lawton, Oklahoma and Ruth (Clyde) Warnick of Lakeland, Florida; his friend and neighbor, Ginger Powless of Tavares and many nieces and nephews. The family invited friends to visit on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 10:00 – 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Military honors took place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 12:30 pm.
