Guy Creel's Obituary
Guy DeWitt Creel, 76 of Tavares, FL passed away on Sunday, September 08, 2019. Guy was born on February 08, 1943 in Palatka, FL to the late Durwood and Patricia Creel. He was a lifelong resident of Seville, FL. A member of the Men’s club of Trinity United Methodist Church, of Seville, FL, and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served and fought for our grateful nation for four years. He enjoyed playing cards, billiards, and most of all spending time with his family. He is predeceased by his brother: Baby Phillip, and sister Beverly Creel. He is survived by: Daughter: Shannon (Jim) Pugh, of Mount Dora, FL; Son: Shane Creel, of Tavares, FL Brother: Damon (Laura) Creel, of Seville, FL; Sister: Kay (Richard) Adams, of DeLand, FL two grandchildren: Hunter Dodrill and Ashton Dodrill; Many nieces, nephews cousins, and friends. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 12:00PM at the First Baptist Church of Seville located at: 1804 Church St. Seville, FL 32190. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to: Muscular Dystrophy Association on line at MDA.org. Services have been entrusted to Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funerals and cremations. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on the tribute wall.
