Mary Ann....it seems so surreal that Jim and Brad both passed away within three weeks of each other. Our paths crossed early on in our marriage and our friendship has stood over the past 47 years. So many wonderful memories of Misawa, Japan that I am sure we could write a book. I was going through some of Jim's papers....old papers....and found the bill of sale for the Valiant....it brought a smile to my face....good ole trusty "Victor" Valiant and the love of his life "Dorothy" Datsun! Our family sends our sympathies and our love. I send my love and admiration for all that you were to us as we began our marriages together so very long ago. Much love...Linda and family
Brad was always smiling & good fun as a resident of Lake Griffin Harbor. We are holding Mary Ann and the rest of his family in our thoughts & prayers.
Oh, MA - I am so very, very sorry. I think I'd feel better if I would cry, but every time I start to tear up, I think of
- some silly thing Brad did, usually accompanied (or led by) SH - those thoughts have and will keep me giggling for years
- his steadfast support, and ability to make me laugh at myself
- those hideous St. Patrick's day pants
- his compassion, and candor
- steak roasts and snit notes
- spilled milk
Oh, I could go on and on. I am so thankful for our 37 years of friendship.
Mary Ann, my heart breaks for you, and hope you find comfort in the great love Brad had for you. We've all lost someone who meant the world to us - but we will meet again, of that I am absolutely certain. Until then, I so treasure all of the memories.

Mary Ann,
Thoughts and prayers! Talked with Jerry Flack today. We shared some of the fun times the three of us had together. I think of you both often.
Sorry I am not there to give you a hug. Glad to know friends and family are with you.
