Garth E. May's Obituary
Mr. Garth E. May of Tavares, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the age of 92 years. He retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a heavy equipment mechanic. Garth was a Scout Leader for many years and a member of the F&AM 32 degree and recently received his 60 year pin. He is remembered by his sons, Richard, Raymond and Dwight, all of Harbor Creek, PA and Duane (Paula) of Houston, TX; sister in law, Louise (Hubert) Smith of Summit Township, PA and Marian McGahan Marinelli of Sarasota, FL as well as 2 grandchildren. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home chapel. Services were entrusted to Steverson-Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares, 352-343-4444.
