Gail L. Clark's Obituary
Gail L. Clark of Mount Dora, FL passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the age of 62 years. She was born in New Jersey. Gail met her husband, Leroy at Nita Casing Company, where they both worked in New Jersey. They moved to Florida in the late 1980’s. Gail was a hard worker beginning at an early age. During her spare time she enjoyed making crafts and sold them to supplement her family's income. She made many different things including tissue box covers and handbags that she donated to the Cancer Society. She especially enjoyed making holiday crafts for Christmas and Halloween. During her youth she excelled at roller skating and was a member of the Whitehouse NJ speed skating team. As a young adult Gail owned a horse and love to ride and spend time at the stables. Gail also loved and frequently visited with her grandmother, Josephine Pomerleau to share a cup of coffee and some good conversation, all the while working on her crafts. Gail enjoyed fishing, both fresh and deep sea and was a pinball champion. She was adventurous, loved to have fun and at times could be a practical joker. She was strong both in body and spirit but always kind and considerate and willing to lend a hand. Gail was raised Catholic and attended Holy Trinity church in Bradley Garden, receiving her 1st holy communion and her conformation there. She also attended Bridgewater Raritan High School. Gail was also a cat lover and enjoyed feeding the stray cats in her neighborhood.
