Florence Elaine Engelhardt's Obituary
Florence Elaine Engelhardt, age 90, of Tavares passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2015. She was born July 24, 1924 in Clarksville, OH. She was a member of the Lake Square Presbyterian Church, Leesburg and a member of the Red Hat Society. She was also very active over the years in Lake Frances Estates. She was a strong woman who loved her family and friends. She adored all of her grandbabies. She was known for her hugs and was loved by everyone she met. There is no doubt she is dancing in Heaven with her Valentine of 72 years! She is survived by her son, Dennis Engelhardt and his wife, Bobbie of Ocala, FL; daughter, Sondra Kidwell and her husband, the late Richard Kidwell of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Charlotte Fair of Cincinnati, OH, Shirley Julianelle of Hammond, LA; 7 grandchildren, Cindy (Kevin) Smith, Lisa (Roy) Hutto, Michelle (Steve) Pollard, Richard Kidwell (Bob Rymer), Dennis Jr., Tom and wife Julie, Kris and wife Kelly; 17 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Jennings Engelhardt. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 1:00PM at Lake Square Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E.
