Everett “Joe” Leeds, age 93, of Leesburg passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. He was born September 20, 1923 in Hamilton, OH. He was a retired teacher and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in WWII and the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Doris L. Leeds of Leesburg, FL; and grandchildren, Tammy Leeds and Joey Leeds. A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2:30PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares Inurnment will take place at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL.
