Esther May Doble Wallace 91, of Tavares, FL went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 09, 2017. Esther was born on November 04, 1925 in Thetford, Vermont to the late Ralph Doble and Beth Newcomb Doble. She lived most of her life in Thetford, Vermont and has spent the last nine years in Tavares, FL. Esther was an active member of Adventure Christian Church, of Tavares, FL. She enjoyed family gatherings, cooking, spending time with her friends and most of all she got great enjoyment from doing for others. She is predeceased by her loving Husband of 47 years: Melbourne H. Wallace, and Sisters: Laura (George) Tilden and Marjorie (Landon) McDonald. She is survived by her four Children: Kenneth (Naomi) Wallace, of Tavares, FL, Nancy (Ronald) Magoon, of Tavares, FL, Robert (Nancy) Wallace, of Lisbon, NH, and David Wallace, of Thetford, VT; Ten Grandchildren and Twelve Great-Grandchildren. Esther was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who gave unselfishly of her love and her time to her family, church, and friends. Services have been entrusted to Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funerals and Cremations. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on the tribute wall.
