Eleanor Elizabeth Vehmeier's Obituary
Eleanor Elizabeth Vehmeier, age 95, of Tavares passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017. She was born October 13, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Florida in 1978. She was a member of St. Philip Lutheran Church, Mt. Dora. She is survived by her son, Robert C. (Cynthia) Vehmeier of Tavares, FL; grandson, John David (Shauna) Vehmeier of Tavares, FL; great-granddaughter, Avery Vehmeier. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:00PM. Interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
