Lainie loved working in the School Lunch Program where she could nurture and nourish the students. They were “all” her kids. She performed for churches in New Hampshire and Florida as a pianist, organist, choir member and soloist. Elaine’s music was performed with deep feeling and often did not reflect what the composer may have intended. Elaine was gifted in many crafts such as crocheting, knitting, quilting, bead jewelry, embroidery, and many others.
A memorial service will be held in Jefferson, NH during the summer of 2020. Date and location to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter. Elaine loved her dogs and most were rescue animals. The family would like to thank the staff at Edgewater Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, (part of Waterman Village in Mount Dora, FL) for their wonderful care of Elaine in her final days.
