Eileen J. Williams, age 83, of Howey-In-The-Hills passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015. She was born February 8, 1932 in Wheelersburg, OH. She was a retired retail clerk. She is survived by her brothers, Kenneth Fraley, Sr. of Brooklyn Heights, OH, Robert Fraley of Kingsville, TX; sisters, Shirley McCrone of Wheelersburg, OH, Valencia Crabtree of Tavares, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Williams. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 2:00PM until 4:00PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 2:00PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Tavares Cemetery.
