Earl Lee Turner's Obituary
Earl Lee Turner, age 81, of Astatula passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015. He was born April 24, 1934 in Columbia, AL and moved to Florida in 1940. He was a retired police officer and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Janice Turner of Astatula, FL; sons, Sonny Turner of GA and Jeff Turner of GA; daughters, Susan Beeney of Ocoee, FL and Cindy Scheidler of GA; brothers, Leroy Turner of Ocoee, FL and Collie Turner of Winter Garden, FL; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Astatula Baptist Church. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00PM at the church. Interment will take place in Astatula Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E. Burleigh Blvd., Tavares, FL 32778, (352)343-4444.
