Dudley Winston Ricketts' Obituary
Mr. Dudley Winston Ricketts, 79, went home to be with his Lord, Friday, November 15, 2019. Born in Westmoreland, Jamaica, Dudley moved to the Eustis area in the 1970's and was employed at Red Lobster from 1985 to 2013 as well as being a devoted member of Praise Tabernacle Church of God in Eustis. He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Myrtle of Eustis, two sons; Conroy (Maxine) Ricketts of Tavares, Florida, Christopher Ricketts of Eustis, Florida, daughter Suzette Ricketts Grey (Glenn, Sr.) of Hampton, Georgia, sister Dorothy Dixon of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, niece Jackie of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Niece Val from Alabama, niece Olga of New York, niece Paula of Jamaica, nephew Kevin, 23 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 7 stepchildren. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00AM until 11:00 AM at Praise Tabernacle Church of God, 1215 S. Eustis Street, Eustis, Florida, 32726 on Saturday, December 7, 2019. Funeral services will follow immediately following the gathering at the church at 11:00 AM with Bishop Willie C. Brooks officiating. Dudley's place of rest will be at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Eustis, Florida following his services.
