More than a father in law, you were a father and also a friend. I will cherish every moment spent together.... thankfully there were so many. Family, Apple pie, "pass the butter", mowing the grass, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas joy, playing chicken foot and scattegories, washing the RV, skeet shooting, yard work, backyard picnics, and so, so many story telling chats.
I especially want to thank you for walking me down the aisle to marry my best friend, your son, Paul , who shares your gentle loving spirit, it meant the world to me and I will be absolutely, forever grateful.
We miss you already Dad. But our faith let's us know we will be together again and I hope when we get there, we've made you proud. We will continue to learn from and follow your example of love, kindness, understanding and giving.
Love you SO much
