Doris M. Yencso's Obituary
Doris M. Yencso, age 86, of Leesburg passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was born August 19, 1925 in New York and moved to Leesburg in 1988 from Long Island. She was a long-time volunteer at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital on Long Island, NY and at Florida Hospital Waterman. She was also a member of the Bellport Garden Club on Long Island. She is survived by her sons, Michael and his wife Evamarie Yencso of Leesburg, FL and James Richard Yencso of Hollywood, FL; and her benevolent caregiver, Raylene Downing. The family received friends at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM. A Graveside Service for Mrs. Yencso was held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 10:00AM at Pine Forest Cemetery, Mt. Dora. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
