I have known Donna for 49 years, which was hard to admit to since we were only 29 years old. Donna was a friend, someone you could talk to once a week or in six months and it would be as you had just talked yesterday. Donna called me on Friday before she passed away to ask about my son George who was ill with cancer. Her and George passed away on the same day. I know she is in heaven with all three of my sons taking care of them and her granddaughter Lindsay until I get there to help. She was a thoughtful person who never forgot my birthday or anniversary. We will all miss you Donna. I love you.Lois##imported-begin##Lois Smith##imported-end##
I just wanted to say Donna was my step mother. She was always there for anything and everything in my life. She always had the time to talk to you no matter what. She always put you first before her. If you needed help she was there for you. She was more of a mother to me then my real mother. I will miss her deeply but now she is in gods hands.Mom I love you. Jan,I was shocked to find Donna's obituary when I was searching for George Smith's. I met Donna when we worked together at Stanley Home Products. We always drank Pepsi, and she would belt out "Kentucky Woman" whenever it came on the radio. She was quite a gal! My husband and I visited her in Clermont, and she was drinking Pepsi with her breakfast. She still had her great sense of humor as we talked about "back in the day." Talking about her room she said this was from Jan, and Jan brought that. You were a good sister, and she loved you very much. Donna took a piece of many hearts, and left behind many memories for us. Donna's spirit will live through the many people and hearts she touched throughout her life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.Nancy##imported-begin##Bob & Nancy Bennett-Rinehart##imported-end##
