Donna Darlene Doak's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Donna Darlene Doak
It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Darlene Doak on March 10, 2026 at the age of 78. A devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother, she leaves behind two daughters, four cherished grandchildren, and countless memories that will forever warm our hearts.
For over 40 years, she worked as an insurance biller for a medical office, where her dedication, precision, and kindness touched both colleagues and patients alike. Her work ethic was matched only by her devotion to her family. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she never missed an opportunity to celebrate their milestones, offer her encouragement, or share in their joy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Geraldine McAllister, her beloved husband, James Doak, and her sister, Linda Vandergriff. She is survived by her two daughters, Tish (Jason) Holley and Janelle (Kim) Griffin, and her four cherished grandchildren, Brandon (Kailey) Jacobs, Corey Rogers, Justin Holley and Caitlyn (Zach) Johnson, all of whom will carry her love and lessons forward.
Though Alzheimer’s touched her later years, it could never take away her gentle spirit, her unwavering love, or the warmth she brought to every room. She taught us the value of hard work, the importance of family, and the beauty of unconditional love.
A small family graveside service will be held on March 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 1901 County Road 25A, Leesburg, Florida.
