DONALD McADAMS PENNINGTON, of Eustis, died Monday, April 20, 2009 at Florida Hospital Waterman. He was born April 2, 1934 in Langdale, Alabama. Donald served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from the US Department of Defense as a civilian in the Quality Control dept. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; his children: Jane Hinton, Birmingham, AL, Diane Jeffers, Altamonte Springs, FL, Robert, Elkin, NC, Ronald and wife, Jane, Elkin, NC; grandchildren: Kit, Amy, Tyler, Keri, Hunter; great grandchildren: Kyle, Cody, Mandy; and Joe Hinton, father of Amy & Tyler. A memorial service is planned at a later date at their home in Virginia on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
