Donald Dean Tirrell's Obituary
Mr. Donald Dean Tirrell of Kasilof, Alaska, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the age of 61 years. Donald was born in Denver, Colorado. He moved to Alaska where he worked as a union commercial plumber with local 367 in Anchorage. He and his wife, Helen, traveled back and forth between Kasilof and Tavares, FL. Don enjoyed the outdoors. He loved hunting and guns. He also enjoyed fishing, especially fly fishing and he loved tying flies. He is remembered by his wife of 35 years, Helen; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Tirrell, Jacob Tirrell, Amber Tirrell and Kaleb Tirrell. A memorial ceremony was held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. After the memorial ceremony a reception was held at the funeral home. Friends gathered from 3:30 pm until the service time. Arrangements were entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, Tavares, FL, 352-343-4444.
