Donald C. Josefczyk, age 80, of Tavares passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. He was a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Martha Josefczyk; son, Donald C. Josefczyk, Jr.; daughter, Donna Jane (Paul) Warren; 3 grandchildren, Paul Warren, Jr., Heather Wooten and Amanda Seabury; 7 great-grandchildren.The family received friends at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM. A Graveside Service with Military Honors was held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tavares Cemetery.Flowers were accepted or you may choose to send a donation in his name to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW Post 8087, 4065 North Highway 19a, Mount Dora, FL 32757 Arrangements were entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E.
