Dennis E. Lamneck's Obituary
Mr. Dennis E. Lamneck of Umatilla, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the age of 67 years. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Daniel and Dolores Lamneck. Dennis proudly served his country in the US Army in Vietnam. He moved to central Florida in 1977, only to return to Ohio shortly after. He moved back to Florida in the early 1980’s. Dennis retired from managing convenient stores. He was a member of the VFW Post 8087 in Mount Dora. He loved to work outdoors and also enjoyed working on the computer. Dennis was an animal lover, having several dogs, cats and birds. He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his wife of 20 years, Lynda; son, Daniel Lamneck and his wife, Dorcas; daughters, Lucretia and her husband, Charles Nichoels, Theresa Smith and her husband, Richard Perry, Donna and her husband, Ronald Burke; step-children, Dawn Taylor, Wayne Taylor and his wife, Stephanie, Ted Cornelson and LouAnn Carnahan; grandchildren, Danny, Cindy, Lynnett, Chelsea, Cassandra, Stephanie, James, Jacob, Jackie, Amanda, Travis, Kaylin, Dakota, Cheyenne, Leila and Justen; as well as 7 great grandchildren.
