David Haskins Treadway, Sr.'s Obituary
David Haskins Treadway, Sr., age 79, of Tavares passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012. He was born January 25, 1933 in Umatilla, FL. He was a graduate of the University of Florida, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a retired Coordinator, Principal, and Teacher. He was a member of the Union Congregational Church, Tavares and a member of the Lions Club, Elks Lodge and the Tavares and Lake County Historical Societies. He is survived by his wife, Ann Frier Treadway; sons, David Treadway, Jr., Ashley Treadway and his wife Terri; daughter, Ame Treadway; sister, Margaret Patrick; grandchildren, Audrey Chenet Treadway, Jessica Treadway Collier, Alyssa Nicole Treadway, and Matthew Ashley Treadway; great-granddaughter, Sierra Elizabeth Collier; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 11:00AM at the Union Congregational Church in Tavares.
