Darlene L. Hollenbeck's Obituary
Darlene L. Hollenbeck of Apopka, Florida passed away at home on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. She was 86.
We celebrate the life of someone who embodied sass, independence, and an unwavering spirit. She was more than just a mom/grandmother. She was a force of nature. Leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her sharp wit and quick tongue always ready with a come back that could leave even the boldest speechless. But beneath that feisty exterior, was heart of gold, full of love and warmth for her family and friends.
She is reuniting with her husband, Ted/Bepaw. Their love was a timeless bond. A partnership forged in laughter, tears, and shared adventures.
She leaves behind, daughter, Vicki (Cecil) Pentecost; granddaughters, Harmony and Amber Pentecost; son, TJ Hollenbeck, granddaughter Brittani (Jerry) Yanik; daughter Midge (Fred) Abston, grandson, Ryan (Amanda) Abston, great granddaughters, Addilyn and Everly; grandson, Cody (Christina) Abston, great granddaughter, Hallie; great grandson, Brody and Baby Boy #2.
Let us not mourn the loss of her physical presence but instead celebrate the legacy she leaves behind. She will live in our hearts forever.
Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
