Cynthia Stewart Raye's Obituary
Cynthia Raye had unbelievable strength for 6 years of fighting cancer against all time constraints. She passed peacefully on Aug 15 with her husband, son and daughter by her side.
Multitalented she owned her own businesses in Leesburg including a florist ,a fabric shop and her most favorite was an antique dealer.
The love of flowers lead her to be a past president of Lake Co Orchid Society.
Hobbies included dancing, sewing, jewelry making, gardening and planting flowers.
Survived by loving Husband: Dennis; Son: Eric (Rose) Engelhardt; Daughter: Angie (Scott)Gessner; Brother: Wayne (Rose) Stewart; Sister: Norma Stewart Assenza; 4 grandchildren and 7 step grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday August 19, 2016 at 11:00AM at Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funeral Home. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00AM – 11:00AM. A committal service will follow directly after services and will be held at Astatula Cemetery.
