Cynthia Diane Raczkowski's Obituary
Cynthia Diane Raczkowski, 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, with family members by her side. Cindy was born on December 30th, 1950, in Palatka, Florida. She was a graduate of Terry Parker High School, in 1971.
Cindy was a stay-at-home mom and the most selfless, giving person you would ever meet. She lived her life to serve other people, and she never met a person she would not help. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, watching football, and cooking great food. She loved bragging about her family, especially her grandkids, and all the accomplishments they would achieve.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Raymond, three sons, Michael (Amy), Scotty, and Greg (Ashlee), two stepsons, John (Debbie) and Randy (Heidi), sister Debby (Randy), brother Lawrence (Karen), four grandkids (Riley, Morgan, Marykate, Emeline), four step-granddaughters (Jessica, Nicole, Elizabeth, Ryan), one step-great grandson (Jayce), and countless nieces and nephews.
The family expresses our sincere gratitude to the family and friends who have been incredibly supportive during this time, as well as the ICU doctors and nurses who cared for Cindy while she was ill.
The family will receive visitors at Steverson, Hamlin, and Hilbish Chapel on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, from 5:30-7:30 pm for an informal gathering. A Celebration of Life will commence on Thursday, September 19th, at 11:00 am at the Tavares Community Church. The service will be officiated by Pastor Jonathan Pearson. A small gathering of friends and family will follow at the Tavares Community Center UMAC Building.
