Claude Logan Barmore's Obituary
Claude Logan Barmore, age 79, of Tavares passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014. He was born February 25, 1935 in Louisville, KY and moved to Lake County in 1970 from IN. He was a long haul truck driver and a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a Mason and loved working in the shop, tinkering with engines and cars. He is survived by his companion, Leonda Anderson of Tavares, FL; sons, Claude Barmore, Jr. of Flagstaff, AZ; step-sons, Robert Phelps, Jr. of McAlester, OK, James Phelps of Mishawaka, IN; step-daughters, Paula Sleeper of Eugene, OR, Jean Searfoss of Mishawaka, IN, Vicky Grafton of Oceola, IN, Marie Curths of Ocala, FL, Dawn Summerier of Pendleton, IN; several grandchildren.
