Clarence Lee Gay's Obituary
Clarence Lee Gay, age 81, of Tavares, passed away on November 21, 2009. He was born in Charlottesville, VA. He was a retired painter for Disney World. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mildred Gay of Tavares; children, John (Kathy) Crasten of Abingdon, VA, Clarence (Jane) Gay Jr. of Mechanicsburg, PA, William (Margaret) Gay of York, PA, Donna (Joe) Putnall of Tavares, Deborah (Jeff) Frey of Windsor, PA; brothers, John Gay and Buck Maloy both of York, PA; sister, Kathy Lauer of York, PA; 11 grand-children and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Seymour. A Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at Astatula Baptist Church. Friends may call on family before the service from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. for visitation at the church. Burial will be at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Astatula Baptist Church Building Fund.
