Charles J. Rebando, Sr.'s Obituary
Charles "Chuck" J. Rebando, Sr., 55 of Sorrento, FL, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2009. Chuck was the son of the late Marilyn (Petsch) and Charles Rebando of central Florida. He was previously employed at A.W. Peterson Gun Shop in Mt. Dora for over 10 years. Chuck moved to Central Florida in the early 1960's from Queens, NY. He was an avid Harley motorcycle rider, hunter, enjoyed guns and traveling. He is survived by his wife, Karen A. Rebando; son, Charles Rebando, Jr.; daughter, Andrea (Bret) France of Eustis; stepdaughter, Corry Dean of Otto, NC; brothers, Bruce (Linda) Rebando of Eustis, Brett (Terry) Rebando of Howey-in-the-Hills; sister, Cindy (Shawn) McDowell of Howey-in-the-Hills; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2009 at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.
