Catherine Anna Faltin's Obituary
Catherine “Kate” Anna Faltin 96, of Eustis, FL went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 23, 2019. Kate was born on March 03, 1923 in Revenge, Ohio to the late Charles and Jessie Farmer. She Moved from Chicago, Illinois to Florida in 1968. Kate worked as a secretary for United Telephone Systems of Florida where she later retired after 18 years of dedication. Kate enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. She attended Triangle bingo two to three times a week and continued bowling until she was well into her 80’s. She also enjoyed traveling and listening to classical music with her daughter JoEllen as they put together numerous intricate puzzles. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 33 years: Emil Faltin; Brothers: Roy Farmer, Richard Brown, and Paul Farmer; and Sisters: JoAnn Azzerlo and Mary Gill. She is Survived by her Daughters: Kathryn (Charles) Russell, of Boston, MA and JoEllen Kersey, of Eustis, FL; Eight Grandchildren and Five Great-Grandchildren. Those who knew Kate will always remember her as a cute and sweet lady with a big personality. Kate was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by many. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family on the tribute wall.
