Carl Frey's Obituary
Mr. Carl Frey of Eustis, Florida passed away on Saturday, July 14th, 2012 at the age of 86 years. He was born in New York City and moved to this area in July 1972 from Monroe, New York with his wife, Rose, whom he met when they were just children. Carl served his country in the Merchant Marines/US Coast Guard during World War II. He worked hard throughout his life to provide for his family and retired as an Electrical Engineer. Carl was a proud and involved member of the American Legion posts in Umatilla and Ocala, Florida. He also enjoyed studying genealogy. He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his wife of 64 years, Rose; daughters, Ann (Paul) Carey of Deposit, New York, Lee (Rudy) Frey of Monticello, New York and Kris (Ken) Viles of Orlando, Florida; sons, Carl (Carla) Frey of Umatilla, Florida and Alan (Kim) Frey of St. Augustine, Florida; as well as 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
