Byron Ray Tinsley, 93 of Mount Dora , FL passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Byron was born on Sunday, August 29, 1926 in Waco, TX to the late Melvin and Lessie Tinsley. He is survived by his loving wife: Jane Tinsley, of Mt Dora, FL; and Daughters: Kristi Munilla, and Rae Cosby.
